Description
These stunning Art-Nouveau encaustic tiles showcase a star pattern in a palette of old rose and green. The accompanying border tiles have the same color palette. The floor has been reclaimed from a “Belle Époque” house near Brussels. The tiles were made and stamped by the Belgium company Amay in the early part of the 20th century. The floor has an antique patina. Some tiles show edge nibbles and small groutable chips.
