Description
This floor has been salvaged from a “Belle époque” house near Gent and can be traced back to the trade catalog of the Belgian company Saint Ghislain of 1895. These stunning Art-Nouveau encaustic tiles show a star pattern in a cool color palette of black, blue, white and grey. Some tiles show edge nibbles or groutable chips but this can be expected from a floor of more than 120 years old.
