Rare and atipic Art-Nouveau floor tiles (pré 1909)

These beautiful Belgian antique ceramic floor tiles have been reclaimed from a Bourgeois house in Ghent. The floor was manufactured by the Belgian company Maufroid Frères & Soeur. The motif was inspired by the Spanish company Escofet. The palette is cool with white and leaf green. The four-tile pattern is bold and detailed. Some tiles show groutable edge nibbles, this can be expected of a floor of more than 110 years old. This floor can be laid inside or outside. In the photo gallery is picture enclosed of the original Maufroid catalogue of 1905.
