Antique octogonal French floor tiles in shades of blue and brown with three different types of inserts (cabochons) (ca 1914)

Description

These rare ceramic floor tiles have been reclaimed from a mansion near Brussels. They were produced by the French company Ceramiques Simons & Cie before world war one. the motif is formed by 4 of the same tiles and three different types of inserts (cabochons). The floor is framed by a double border
